ESTP, known as "The Entrepreneur," is one of the most energetic and action-oriented personality types, comprising 4% of the population. They are life's fast movers, thriving in rapidly changing environments and conquering every challenge with wit and charisma. ESTPs live in the present, with hyper-acute perception of current environments and opportunities. They can instantly read a room's atmosphere, quickly adapt, and leverage every opportunity. This social intelligence makes them particularly excellent at sales, negotiation, and crisis management. They dislike theory and abstraction, preferring immediate action and hands-on practice. ESTPs perform best in urgent moments; their decision speed and adaptability make them excellent emergency responders and entrepreneurs. ESTPs enjoy risk and excitement, sometimes making impulsive decisions and thinking about consequences afterward. They need to learn to think more about long-term impacts before acting, and be more attentive and stable in relationships. Their enthusiasm and energy are infectious, but they need to find sustainable ways to harness this energy.
